Based in Malta, People and Company Ltd. (also known as People & Co.), founded in 1994, has 30 years of experience in international recruitment and professional search and selection services, assessment, Human resources consultancy and business psychology advisory services. Currently, as of 1st April 2024 in line with the new employment agency legal notice 270 of 2023, https://legislation.mt/eli/ln/2023/270/eng we are not offering full employment agency services (our former licence was EA 19-1996) , but we advise on which agencies to use for professional recruitment, outsourcing and temping services both in line with the new regulations and our professional code of conduct similar to best practice guidelines published by the Malta Chamber, Malta Employers Associations and other professional bodies that promote best practice in human resources management such as the FHRD in Malta, CIPD in the UK and European HR and occupational psychology associations.
We do provide a jobs board that serves registered and ethical agencies, job seekers and employers alike in Malta and EU with recruitment requirements. People & Co offers a professional, practical and personal approach to serve many employment sectors. We will only work with registered and ethical agencies.
We are also a development, training (People Learning) and business psychology consultancy with a global network of professional trainers and associates. A separate division offers data analytical services and we are IBM Silver Business Partners for SPSS, Data-Mining and Business Analytics.
